Graduates who have to complete documentary procedures in the Academic Services and Records Office can approach the Counter in building B, second floor.​

Payments shall be made at any branch of Scotiabank.

​Office hours are: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.  to 2 p.m. (January and February).​
  • Procedure for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree

    ​​

    Those who graduated from the year 2005 onwards must enter the Institutional Information System:  SII, e-trámites.

    Those who graduated prior to 2005 must approach the Degrees and Titles office (B203) with the following documents:
    • Three passport-sized front photographs from a photographic studio, wearing formal attire, NOT snapshots, NOT digital, in matte finish​
    • Bachelor's degree rights (attach voucher code #767 from Scotiabank, cost S/.800.00) Check for the compliance of non-academic activities on the Intranet 
    • Check for the compliance of non-academic activities on the Intranet ​​
    • Verification that there is no debt registered at the Treasury office and that you have no pending books to return to the library
    • Verify that you have reached the level of English that corresponds to the entry semester. Verify the information in the Institutional Information System: SII
    When you have fulfilled all the requirements, you must come personally to office B-203 to begin the process.



  • Procedure for obtaining the Licentiate Title

    Current regulation for consultation:​


    After reading the Regulations and choosing one of the options, you can approach or contact the Academic Services and Records Office for any further question or to begin the process. ​

    -Summary of requirements to obtain the Licentiate Title - options: Professional Proficiency Examination with lot allocation (topic - essay) or REFRESHER COURSE: (If the Refresher Course requirements are not met, the lot topic will be assigned by the Dean of the respective School)
    • Four passport-sized front photographs from a photographic studio, wearing formal attire, NOT snapshots, NOT digital, in matte finish.
    • ​Not having pending books to be returned to the library
    • ​Licentiate Title rights, attach deposit voucher from Scotiabank, code #756 , cost S/.1000.00
    • Updated curriculum vitae

  • Documents envelopment

    COMPLETE DATA OF THE UNIVERSITY OR INSTITUTION THE DOCUMENTS ARE ADDRESSED TO:​

    • Only original official documents of the University are accepted. In the case of diplomas, only photocopies validated by the Secretary General of Universidad del Pacífico are accepted.
    • In the case of translations, they must come from an official translator and must be accompanied by the original document (stapled or taped).
    • Please attach the detailed information on a printed bond paper sheet
    • Return of the signed and sealed envelope (3 days)

  • Regulations for Degrees and Titles 2008

    ​​Regulations for Degrees and Titles 2008 (for the Schools of Management and Accounting and Economics). Approved by the Board of Trustees on July 8, 2008.

    As a graduate of Universidad del Pacífico, you can enroll in the Refresher Courses as an option for obtaining the professional degree of Licentiate in Economics, Management and Accounting. The courses are offered annually in August, September and October.​


  • Refresher Course in Economics
    In the current context of globalization and competition, public and private institutions require their professionals to have skills that facilitate innovation and respond to changes. They also require the continuous updating of their knowledge. After considering this need, the School of Economics and Finance has designed the Refresher Course in Economics, RCE, as an option for obtaining the Professional Degree of Licentiate in Economics. This course is only addressed to those who graduated from the School of Economics 3 or more years before applying for the degree and who hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (or whose degree is in process).
