Universidad del Pacifico (UP) is a private nonprofit university founded in 1962 by a group of Peruvian entrepreneurs supported by the Society of Jesus. Today it has become a university specialized in the areas of economics and business administration. Universidad del Pacifico has been ranked as one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in its fields of specialization in Peru and among the leading institutions of its kind in Latin America. UP is the first Peruvian university accredited by AACSB in undergraduate programs, as well as AMBA in graduate programs.
The Academic Department of Business Administration is currently recruiting
one full-time professor. The professor must have competence in at least one of these areas: Human Resources, Data Analytics or Project Management.
The applicants
must have the following requirements:
● Ph.D. degree issued by a university of recognized prestige.
● Capability to teach in undergraduate programs.
● Research capacity, supported by recent publications.
● Fluent in
Spanish and English (Both), spoken and written language.
● The position implies teaching face-to-face classes in Lima City, Perú.
Position Description:
