UP student Jorge Luis Chira will be Manager of Natura for a week

​The designation is part of Natura Cosméticos "Manager for a week" program.

​​Jorge Luis Chira Ballena, Business Engineering student at our university was selected to be part of the Natura Cosméticos "Manager for a week" ​program. ​​

Thus, our outstanding student will assume the position of commercial manager on September 26 under the supervision of senior officers of the company.

The program, promoted by the Human Resources area of the Brazilian multinational, provides university students with an opportunity to have the experience of being managers of one of the most important companies in the region. The aim is to encourage, challenge and demonstrate the skills and abilities of students from leading universities of Lima, who were assessed through a rigorous selection process. 

The initiative will allow eleven outstanding students to perform the duties of the senior officers of the cosmetics company in the areas of General Management, Administration and Finance, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, Commercial Area (Sales Force), Technology Transfer & Productivity Management, Product Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Operations and Logistics, Business Planning, Human Resources and Digital Technology.
