MANUEL BARRON

A researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center and full-time associate professor at Universidad del Pacífico Academic Department of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley (United States), a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Oxford University (the United Kingdom) and an Economics Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

MARÍA PÍA BASURTO

Fulltime professor in the Department of Economics and researcher at CIUP. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz (United States); an M.A. in Economics from the same university and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.

ARLETTE BELTRAN

Vice President for Research at Universidad del Pacífico. Full professor of the Department of Economics at Universidad del Pacífico and member of the Research Center of this university. She has a Ph.D. in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Master of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University and Licenciatura (Professional license) in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. She has been Dean and Associate Dean of the School of Economics and Finance, and Head of the Department of Economics at Universidad del Pacífico.

NOELIA BERNAL

Full-time associate professor at the Academic Department of Economics and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. She holds a PhD in Economics from Tilburg University (the Netherlands); Master in Science degrees in Economics Research and Aging Finances, both from Tilburg University; and a BA in Social Sciences majoring in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

JOSE LUIS BONIFAZ

Director of the Master program in Regulation of Public Services and Infrastructure Management at Universidad del Pacífico. He graduated as a civil engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a Master of Arts from Georgetown University.

ORESTES BUENO

Professor and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Academic Department of Economics and member of Universidad del Pacífico Research Center (CIUP). PhD in Mathematics from Instituto de Matemática Pura e Aplicada (IMPA) in Rio de Janeiro (Brasil); holder of a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, Peru.
