Research Vice-Presidence

The Research Vice-Presidence was created in 2015 to reinforce the importance of research and knowledge generation at Universidad del Pacífico.  Its main functions are to propose and direct the University's general research policy, including contests and fund allocation and prizes for intellectual production.   It supervises the research activities carried out by students, professors and affiliated researchers, in accordance with the mission and aims established in the Statute and the University's Strategic Plan.  It establishes the Publishing Fund policy, in coordination with its President.  Likewise, together with the Office of the Academic Vice President, it promotes exchanges and international mobility for faculty researchers.
