Vice President for Research at Universidad del Pacífico. Full professor of the Department of Economics at Universidad del Pacífico and member of the Research Center of this university. She has a Ph.D. in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Master of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University and Licenciatura (Professional license) in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. She has been Dean and Associate Dean of the School of Economics and Finance, and Head of the Department of Economics at Universidad del Pacífico.
She is an international consultant in public management, social policies and participatory budgeting with a gender approach. In the field of social policies, she has developed several investigations related to the quantitative analysis of aspects related to the coverage and quality of educational and health services. She has actively participated in the methodological development that supports the National Public Investment System in Peru, as well as in issues related to results budgeting, with a gender approach and systems for targeting social interventions.
