Director of the Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility (CERS). Main professor affiliated to the Academic Department of Management at Universidad del Pacífico. She holds a PhD in Economics and Management from Universidad de Deusto (Spain), a Master’s degree in Business Management with a major in Marketing and International Business from the University of Miami (USA), and a licentiate’s degree in Management from Universidad del Pacífico.
She has contributed to the public sector as member of the Technical Committee of the Ministry of Health, as director of the Public Charitable Society of Lima, member of the Monitoring Committee of Advertising and the Committee on Consumer Protection at INDECOPI, member of the Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, and member of the Technical Committee of the Ministry of Labor, among others.
She has been Vice President of Universidad del Pacífico and Dean of the School of Management at the University. She has worked as a member of organizations that promote the academic quality of business schools, such as the Latin American Committee of Business Schools - CLADEA. She is currently a board member of the Backus Foundation, the Advisory Board of the Peruvian National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), and member of the National Council for Self-Regulation in Advertising (CONAR). She is a national and international consultant on social responsibility for private companies, non-governmental institutions, and international organizations like the IDB, UNDP-Panama, Save the Children-Sweden, World Resources Institute-USA, CESVI, and GTZ, among others.
