Main professor and Vice Dean of Management in the Academic Department of Business Sciences at Universidad del Pacífico. He holds a PhD and an MA in Information and knowledge society by Universidad Oberta de Cataluña (Spain), a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico. He is a graduate in Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
He specializes in Process Management and Quantitative Models for Businesses. He has teaching experience in undergraduate courses such as Process Management, Models for Decision Making, Quantitative Techniques for Decision Making in Human Resources, Quantitative Methods in Agribusiness, among others. He has been professor in the MBA, Human Resources, Agribusiness, and Global Business programs. He is a researcher at the Research Center of Universidad del Pacífico and has conducted research work on these issues. He has also been a lecturer in international congresses. Among other research works, he has produced research papers on ""Technology Adoption"".
He has developed consulting services for various public and private institutions.
