Full time Professor at the Academic Department of Management at Universidad del Pacífico and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center (CIUP). He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Marketing, a Diploma in Advanced Studies and a Licentiate Title in Economic Science and Business from Universidad de Sevilla (Spain).
He has carried out his educational and/or research work at Universidad Internacional de Andalucía, Universidad de Sevilla, Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Spain), Universidad de La Habana (Cuba), University of Vaasa (Finland), University of Wales (UK) and Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany). He is the editor of the International Journal of Knowledge and Technology (Management Gecontec) and co-editor of the Journal of Business.
He has been assessor of the National Evaluation and Prospective Agency (ANEP), under the authority of the Ministry of Science and Innovation of Spain; Professor of the Master in Direction and Management of People (UNIA), accredited by the Andalusian Institute of Public Administration; and member of the academic committee of a UNESCO Chair. He is accredited by the National Agency for Assessment and Accreditation, and the Andalusian Agency of Knowledge (Spain). He has served as an international coordinator at Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Spain), responsible for coordinating the Erasmus program with the University of Vaasa (Finland), Roma Tre (Italy), Paris Dauphine (France), Linkoping (Sweden) and Federico II (Italy); coordinator of several undergraduate courses; degree coordinator and member of the organizing committee of several international scientific events as the Eastern Academy of Management (2013).
