She is a university professor with over 12 years of experience in university teaching and management at graduate level in the area of ??Operations and Information Technology. She was director of academic quality at the Graduate School of Universidad del Pacífico, responsible for the international university accreditation. She worked as a professor and Executive of the Department of Institutional Relations at Universidad ESAN. She also held the positions of Customer Fulfillment Professional at IBM, operations manager at Ingram Micro Perú and product manager at Cibertec Data.
