Professor at Universidad del Pacífico Academic Department of Management and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. He is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer from Universidad de Piura (Peru) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from said university. He also holds a MCs in Management and a PhD in Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez UAI – Chile (AACSB).
He has conducted award-winning researches locally and globally. He attained research funding to study competitiveness in Peru and in designing and developing technology-based products. He has actively participated in international research projects on Innovation Management and Business Strategy.
Heredia is a founding member of Sociedad Peruana de Investigación de Operaciones (Peruvian Society of Operations Research), member of the Academic of International Business, and ad hoc reviewer for the International Journal of Business and Emerging Markets. He has also participated in international seminars on Innovation and Research Teaching in Higher Education at Harvard University (United States) and MIT.
