Full professor of the Department of Business Administration and member of the Research Center at Universidad del Pacífico. A Doctor in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Deusto (Spain), she has a Master’s in Administration (MBA) from Instituto de Empresa (Spain) and a Licenciatura (Professional license) in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico.
Her areas of expertise are linked to the strategic management of organizations, corporate social responsibility and the management of the human team. She is a lecturer, researcher, consultant and author of several publications on issues of organization, human management, corporate social responsibility and inclusive business. She is a member of the international research team of the Social Enterprise Knowledge Network (SEKN). In this network she has led the Peruvian team for several years and was general coordinator of the international network.
She is a member of the CLADEA-BALAS Case Consortium Editorial Board and a member of the Board of Directors of different institutions such as the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Peru, the Peruvian Association of Human Resources (APERHU), the Ignatian Consortium of Education (CONSIGNA), Ayuda en Acción (Help in Action), Universia and the Consortium of Universities. She has held various management positions at Universidad del Pacífico, including the Deanship of the Graduate School, the General Management, the Directorate of the Center for Management Development, the Directorate of Academic Quality of the Graduate School and the Head of the Department of Business Administration.
