Professional Profile

CIUP (Universidad del Pacífico Research Center) researcher, Main professor and Head of the Academic Department of Accounting at Universidad del Pacífico. He holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad de Deusto, in San Sebastian (Spain), a licentiate’s degree in Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico, and is an expert in Taxation from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
He has participated in several seminars and national and international conferences as attendee and speaker. He has been guest professor in Peruvian universities, as well as at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) (Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education) (Mexico), where he was speaker at various talks and conferences on taxation and management accounting.
He has worked not only as Vice Dean of Accounting at Universidad del Pacífico, but also as Secretary General a.i., Director of SAR a.i., School Board member and member of the University Assembly. He has provided many consulting services for the public sector, such as the Superintendence of Tax Administration (SAT), and the private sector, such as electricity distribution companies, among others, in the areas of financial accounting, budgeting, costs, and taxation.
