Leadership, Ethics and Social responsibility

In the national and international contexts, ethics, leadership, and government, business, university and social responsibility have gained more importance. It is not a matter to be promoted, but a real demand in the country.

The Center for Leadership, Ethics and Social Responsibility (CLERS) has the mission to contribute to the training of responsible leaders and the promotion of sustainable human development through the building, promotion and dissemination of an ethical and socially responsible culture.​​

The Center for Leadership, Ethics and Social Responsibility has as director Dr. Maria Matilde Schwalb, PhD in Economics and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing and Business. She is also a senior professor of Marketing, Social Marketing and Strategic Management for Social Responsibility in the Department of Management. She works with Baltazar Caravedo and François Vallaeys, heads of the Departments of Leadership and Ethics respectively and who are in charge of a professional team dedicated to the achievement of the objectives of the Center.​
