          Strategic Innovation Management
        
        
          Innovation is the key solution for firms in an increasingly uncertain market and economic environment. Especially, effective management and coordination of technological, product and process innovation are key profitability factors. This seminar will outline the new innovation opportunities in uncertain market environments, simulate strategic innovation decision in a challenging competitive environment, and help students to think beyond the boundaries of their managerial capabilities to achieve new innovation in companies. Students will leave with new insights to manage companies’ innovation capabilities to gain higher competitive advantages.
