Specialization Program in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is designed to facilitate and transfer knowledge and train professionals in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects in order to generate more profitable and productive companies.

Objectives

To train professionals capable of leading projects in Lean Six Sigma in any organization in order to obtain optimum results and permanent improvement.

Develop the skills and competence to assess at a constant rate, value added activities and implement these changes, ensuring consistent benefits for the company.

Transfer Six Sigma principles to create products, services and processes originally designed without cause of variation (without variability) and waste in order to achieve a high level of competitiveness in the company.

Benefits

Program developed by the Center for Executive Education at Universidad del Pacifico in partnership with the Lean Six Sigma Institute, an international consulting firm specializing in the development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma projects and training of professionals in knowledge and application of the methodology, certifying Black Belt specialists.

Methodology for immediate implementation. When you start the program each participant will choose a project, if you want your company name, which will be developed by the standards of certifications Yellow, Green and Black Belt.

Provide knowledge and tools necessary to perform the international Certificate Lean Six Sigma Black Belt successfully.

International faculty composed of consultants with the Certificate Black Belt Lean Six Sigma processes and experience leading Lean Six Sigma implementation in companies worldwide.
