Full-time Professor and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Graduate School. He is Ph.D. in Social and Political Science from the University of Bath (UK); M.Sc. in International Public Policy and Globalization from the University of Bath; M.Sc. in Comparative Law, Economics and Finance from the International University College of Turin (Italy); Master in Law, with mention in Civil and Commercial Law from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos; lawyer and Bachelor in Law and Political Science from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
He has experience as a professor in charge of graduate courses in Public Policy, Regulation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Legal Theory. He is Visiting Scholar Harvard Law School (2016), an expert on Citizenship Observatory of the European University Institute in Florence (Italy) and Director of the International Institute of Law and Public Policy.
He has been the director of Strategic Management in the National Service of Environmental Certification for Sustainable Investment (SENACE) and the general coordinator at the Environmental Assessment and Oversight Body (OEFA), in addition to holding various positions of coordination and consultation in the public and private sector and serving as consultant to public and private entities, as well as international organizations.
