  • María Matilde Schwalb

    Director of the Center for Leadership, Ethics and Social Responsibility.

    Doctor in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad de Deusto, Spain. Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami with specialization in Marketing and International Business. Degree in Management from the School of Management and Accounting of Universidad del Pacífico. Former Academic Vice-President and former Dean of the School of Management and Accounting at Universidad del Pacífico. Senior professor of Marketing, Social Marketing and Strategic Management of Social Responsibility in the undergraduate and graduate programs for the Academic Department of Management. Consultant on Corporate Social Responsibility in private companies, international organizations and civil society, such as IDB, UNDP (Panama), Save the children (Sweden), World Resources Institute (the USA), CESVI (Peru), GTZ (Peru), Asociación Los Andes de Cajamarca (Yanacocha), Grupo Graña & Montero Holding, among others.​

  • Baltazar Caravedo

    In charge of the Leadership Area at the Center for Leadership, Ethics and Social Responsibility (CLERS)

    Doctor in Sociology. Professor at Universidad del Pacífico Graduate School. He has published several books on Leadership, Social Responsibility, decentralization and Peruvian economic history. He is the founder and current president of SASE and national coordinator of the Social Responsibility initiative TODOS. He has been board member of several private companies and the company that supplies water to Lima. Councilor at the Municipality of Lima, fellow of the Leadership in Philanthropy program from the Kellogg Foundation, PNUD Consultant on Social Responsibility and Risk Analysis. Representative of the Avina Foundation, director of Local System Support of the Inter-American Foundation, research assistant at the Centre for Latin American Research and Documentation (CEDLA) in the Netherlands.​

  • François Vallaeys

    In charge of the Ethics Area at the Center for Leadership, Ethics and Social Responsibility (CLERS)

    French philosopher who has resided in Peru for over twenty years. International consultant on university social responsibility, specialist in Social Responsibility and Ethics applied to Organizational Management. Doctor in Philosophy from Université Paris-Est, with thesis on the ethical foundations of social responsibility. He conceived the concept of university social responsibility in Latin America and has given advice to many universities in the continent and international organizations such as the IDB, UNESCO, OAS, CAF. Professor at the Graduate School and member of the scientific committee of the International Research Network on Organizations and Sustainable Development (RIODD, abbreviated in French) Consultant to the Mexican Observatory of University Social Responsibility. ​

  • Alberto Molina Ruzicanin

    Coordinator

    Graduate in Management from Universidad del Pacífico, holds a diploma in Transformational Leadership and Social Inclusion Management and a specialist diploma in Direction and Management of Internal Organizational Communication, both from Universidad del Pacífico. He has more than seven years of experience in the areas of academic management, research and university social responsibility.​

  • Susana Torres Jáuregui

    Coordinator

    Former Vice-President of the Sustainable Development Committee of the Chamber of Commerce – AmCham. Licentiate Title in Advertising from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with postgraduate studies in Social Responsibility from ESAN, in Corporate Communication from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Master's degree in Marketing from Centrum and EADA. She has more than ten years of experience in the areas of public relations, social responsibility, corporate and product communications.​

  • Carla Valencia

    Coordinator

    Development Communicator from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru. She has been a Consultant on communications projects for institutions in the public and private sectors such as Prisma NGO, the Ministry of Labor and Promotion of Employment, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism and ONPE, among others. She has participated in the development of communication and citizen participation strategies for numerous social and environmental impact studies held by Walsh Peru Consultancy.​

  • Cristián Carreño Escobar

    Master's degree in Public Administration from New York University, USA. Master's degree in Economics and Public Policy. Commercial Engineer and Licentiate Title in Sciences with a major in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (UAI) in Chile. Professor in the undergraduate and graduate schools at Universidad del Pacífico. CLA- Latam Consultant.  He was teacher assistant in Leadership and Public Policy Management courses at NYU, where he collaborated in two academic centers: NYU Leadership Initiative and Research Center for Leadership in Action. He was a Leadership coordinator and professor of Leadership and Business Environment at UAI. Previously, he worked for Entrepreneurial Action, where he was the director of the Entrepreneurship Center in Santiago.

  • Silvia Mindreau

    Assistant

    Architect from Ricardo Palma University, specialized in Bioclimatic Architecture and Sustainable Construction, ratified by The Pan American Health Organization - PAHO and the National Institute of Hygiene. Epidemiology and Microbiology-INHEM. She has experience as a planning and disaster risk management consultant. She has participated in multidisciplinary teams and institutional relations as a public official in the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima and the Municipality of Jesus Maria. She was also part of the technical teams of the United Nations Development Programme, and NGOs such as ITDG.​
