​Universidad del Pacífico, in an effort to help and contribute to the discussion of issues of national contingency, has organized this seminar that will address regulatory issues related to the price differentiation present in the mobile phone market. The seminar will be attended by prominent guests who will present this topic from the close experience of regional regulators (Colombia and Chile), from the recent studies of consultants linked to these issues and from the perspective of the national operators themselves.
