The Graduate School of Universidad del Pacifico offers professionals a set of master's programs that develop strong leadership skills and ethical attitudes. Graduates will have management skills they need to become an asset to their organizations and teams.

Our focus is on providing academic training of professional leaders who believe a that competitiveness and corporate responsibility coexist in public institutions and private organizations. The Graduate School masters are designed to help student to develop in a learning environment that focuses on participation and active learning that is supported by cutting-edge technology and offered on renovated campus. Our educational model also seeks to bring the students into the global market through trade missions, exchange programs and constant interaction with internationally recognized instructors, entrepreneurs and experts from various sectors. To accomplish this, the University is working on several international accreditation processes to form alliances with prestigious education institutions around the world that help us connect with highly qualified teachers . In 2010, the school launched its recently revamped Masters’ degrees wich characterized by a holistic courses with a holistic perspective and oriented towards ensuring innovation and competitiveness in the world of management. Today we reaffirm our decision to provide high quality programs while capitalizing on the competitive advantages of the training offered by Universidad del Pacifico. We continue to focus on the specific problems facing strategic sectors in the country and the Region: Food and Agribusiness, Infrastructure and Utilities, Auditing, Global Business. This offering of sector-oriented masters is complemented by management specialties from MBA program, Masters in Finance, Master in Marketing, Masters in Organizational Development and Personnel Management, Master of Supply Chain Management, Master in Economics and Master in Auditing.
