Main professor in the Academic Department of Marketing and International Business and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from Universidad de Deusto (Spain), a Master’s degree in Administration, a degree in Management and a degree in Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico.
She is the author of several books and articles in her field. She has extensive teaching experience in her areas of expertise: Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Brand Management, Relationship Marketing and CRM, Customer Loyalty, International Marketing, New Product Development, Market Research and Product Strategy, among others.
She has been associate director of the Graduate School, as well as Director of International Relations and Academic Director of the Master program in Marketing and Business Management at Universidad del Pacífico Graduate School. She has also been dean of the School of Business Sciences, vice dean of the School of Management and Accounting, head of the Academic Department of Management and Director of the Language Center, among other positions held at Universidad del Pacífico.
