Specialization Program in Advertising and Unfair Competition aims to achieve greater and better understanding of the regulation of advertising and the repression of unfair competition, and, on the other hand, strengthen the ability to function practically in that discipline.

Profile of the Student

  • Lawyers, graduates and professionals in general with minimum professional experience of two years in public or private entities involved in the production, marketing and supply of goods and services.

Objectives

  • Know the background, theoretical framework, substantive and procedural aspects of advertising and the repression of unfair competition.
  • Understand the relationship between the economy and discipline.
  • Deepen specific areas of regulation, by sector, of repression of unfair competition.
  • To optimize resources and efforts to obtain more and better setting for the repression of unfair competition.
