Profile of the Student

  • Professionals in charge of administrative areas or of marketing, responsible for developing plans and marketing strategies for products or services they offer; and who do not have prior training in the field.
  • Professionals in other fields who wish to understand the main concepts of marketing for application in new projects or ventures, as well as its "performance" labor daily.

Objectives

  • Implement a strategic marketing plan aligned to the strategic objectives of the organization he represents, taking into account consistency between tactical actions of product development and services, competitive approach to pricing, distribution and market coverage to which it is directed, and how communication is done based on the target of the consumer profile.
  • Develop marketing strategies with a "global" perspective, understanding the global environment and global market trends and adapting to the needs of local consumers to whom it is addressed.
  • Identify new and changing needs of consumers in order to design products and services that meet and exceed their expectations, which lead to obtain customer loyalty over time.
