Profile of the Student

  • For lawyers, engineers, architects and professionals in related fields who work as consultants, advisers, managers or assume management positions in construction companies, engineering firms, concessionaires, companies with construction projects (owners) or entities linked to public sector.​

Objectives

  • Acquire an overview of the development and management tools applicable legal and construction projects.
  • Analyze the main types of conflict situations and develop negotiation skills in the execution of construction projects.
  • Provide an overview on how the projects are funded legal aspects.
  • Develop knowledge and skills to negotiate contracts for engineering and construction.
  • Recognize the main mechanisms to prevent and resolve disputes.
