Improvement of public services infrastructure in developing countries is an aspect considered increasingly important to reduce poverty and increase growth.

In countries like Peru, where public resources tend to be scarce, it is necessary that investment is efficient and effective. Therefore, it is important for public officials and technical staff around public administration to seek the best alternatives and make the best decisions when identifying, evaluating, and implementing investment projects in each sector.
