The Specialization Program in Business Administration and Management was designed for the participant to obtain the knowledge that will enable an integrated management of the organization, from the strategic, accounting, commercial, operationally and other people’s point of view, in order to create value not only for the company, but also for the different stakeholders related to it.

Profile of the Student

Managers, supervisors, analysts, and professionals who work in administrative, commercial, and operational areas, with the need to update and deepen their knowledge, share best practices, and acquire tools to contribute to an efficient management and administration in their organizations.

Objectives

To develop expertise in strategic, financial, commercial and operational issues that will contribute to the integral management of the company.
To develop the analytical capacity of the participant through case studies and the implementation of the best practices related to business management.

To strengthen the development of managerial skills of the participant, in order to maximize their personal capacities and their working teams’, creating value for the company.
To provide planning and management tools that enable an organized management of the various areas of the company.
