This specialization program seeks to enhance the innovative capacity of public officials at all levels of government to improve the quality of their processes, products, and services.
Profile of the Student
Aimed at consultants, experts, and public officials from different departments of State whose work area requires innovating in processes, systems, and equipment.
By forming groups of students, the interdisciplinary and intersectoral character of its members should be assessed.
Objectives
Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to: - Understand how national policy and regulations may be harnessed to promote innovative industry and/or territorial solutions.
- Promote e-government solutions and how they can overcome legal, technological, financial, and security barriers.
- Explain how emerging technologies and creative methodologies may be applied in public innovation.
- Design and implement a strategy or innovation project in the public sector.
