Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be notified to simbig@up.edu.pe. All cancellation must be requested before 1st September.
- Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Each participant is responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
